Midnight Watch
❤️
For Clinicians & Doulas

A gentle bridge to formal care

A short guide for the providers, doulas, and clinicians who care for the parents who find their way here: what Midnight Watch is, what it isn't, and how it fits alongside the care you already give.

Zero-knowledge architecture

• Zero Cookies & Trackers: We use no third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or behavioral analytics beacons, and we never require tracking-consent banners. • No Sale of Personal Data: We never collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. • Data Minimization & Encryption: All network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3). No identifying IP addresses, GPS coordinates, or device fingerprints are written to disk or stored in our database. • HIPAA & Medical Scope Notice: Midnight Watch is an anonymous community peer network, not a covered healthcare entity or clinical provider. Do not submit personal Protected Health Information (PHI).

Why this exists

Midnight Watch is an unstigmatized peer sanctuary for the hours between appointments, the 2 a.m. wondering, the quiet fear that no one else is awake too. It was never meant to replace clinical care; it exists to hold the space until the next session, the next visit, the next call.

Crisis visibility & safety tools

This is a peer-support sanctuary, not medical care or crisis monitoring. If you are in immediate danger: US & Canada call/text 988 or call 911; UK call 111 or 999; Australia call Lifeline 13 11 14 or 000; everywhere else call your local emergency number or go to the nearest ER, and visit findahelpline.com for free, confidential crisis support in your country.

Covert Exit & Screen Privacy• Quick Exit instantly replaces this tab with a neutral page and clears your local browsing traces, even if someone presses Back afterward. • Disguise Mode hides Midnight Watch behind a plain daily-routine log if you need to glance away. • Switching apps automatically blurs this page in your phone's app switcher. • Home Wi-Fi can log visited sites for whoever manages the router; cellular data (LTE/5G) usually avoids that shared household log. • Tapping a hotline number opens your phone's dialer, which can appear in your call log — use a crisis text line instead if a private call history matters more to you.

🍃 Camouflage Disguise ModeIf someone enters the room or looks over your shoulder while you are here, tap the leaf icon (🍃) in the top bar. It instantly covers your screen with a realistic 'Daily Routine: Sleep & Feed Log' disguise with interactive buttons. When it is safe to return, tap the ✕ in the top right corner (or press Esc on a keyboard) to switch back to your sanctuary.

Zero-Account, Ephemeral by Design

There is no sign-up, no account, and no login anywhere on Midnight Watch. Nothing here is meant to last forever: candles fade after 7 days, and wall/pod notes clear after 30 days, automatically. Your visit lives only in your own browser, never tied to an identity.

Thank you for the care you carry into every shift, every home visit, every 2 a.m. phone call. We're glad to be one more quiet light in the room.
